naturalbornmother - thank you for your advice. I have bad posture, neck problems and a tilted pelvis so moving my legs up and down really fucking hurts because my left hip pops every time it goes down. I can't keep my back muscles from doing the work my abs are supposed to be. I need a workout that's like less movement and more just holding a pose.
Lol yea I Gould have thought about that first exercise, my hips pop during it also. I’m not sure if it was your or someone else’s page, but yoga can help heal your body. If you already do yoga then right on!! Do it for the rest of your life :) it helps correct bad posture (which I also have), helps strengthen your Entire body while simultaneously making you and keeping you flexible and also just replenishes your mind body and soul.
